We’ve resolved the issue affecting layout packs and files uploaded after 10:00 AM PT on November 4. These should now be working as expected.

However, layout packs and files uploaded between October 31 and November 4(prior to 10:00 AM PT) may still be affected. We’re actively working on a fix for these and expect it to be completed by the end of the week.
