We’ve identified another related issue that degraded layout application starting on 10/30. It should now be fully resolved.

As of November 10th, this issue has been resolved for over 99% of affected projects. A small number of projects may still have assets in a bad state. Our team has identified these and is actively reprocessing them to restore full functionality.

We’ve resolved the issue affecting layout packs and files uploaded after 10:00 AM PT on November 4. These should now be working as expected.

However, layout packs and files uploaded between October 31 and November 4(prior to 10:00 AM PT) may still be affected. We’re actively working on a fix for these and expect it to be completed by the end of the week.

The root cause has been determined, and a fix was released that will avoid this behavior for all files uploaded to layouts going forwards. We are monitoring to ensure the system continues to be operational. Please note that this will not retroactively fix files in layouts that were already hitting this issue, and we are investigating ways to automatically resolve those.
